Therapeutic Sound & Restorative Practices
Yoga, therapeutic sound, restorative practices, and nervous system support for greater balance, resilience, and wellbeing.
A Grounded Approach to Wellbeing
At Lumana, we believe there’s a difference between experiencing what a practice can offer and learning how to access it for yourself.
Through yoga, sound, breath, movement, and restorative practices, we offer meaningful guided experiences alongside the knowledge and practical tools to support your own practice in everyday life.
Our approach is rooted in traditional practices that have explored the relationship between body, breath, and mind for thousands of years, brought into modern life in ways that feel accessible, relevant, and practical.
Meet Founders
Mel & Randy
Lumana was founded by partners Mel and Randy through a shared passion for healing, education, and meaningful human connection.
Together, they bring complementary backgrounds in yoga, restorative and therapeutic practice, sound, and nervous system support — creating spaces to experience these practices, understand them more deeply, and discover what can support you in everyday life.

“An incredible warmth and kindness envelopes your body from the moment you walk in to the studio. The sound bath provided a perfect holding space for integrative rest, and softly guided me towards a place of peace within myself. I recommend Lumana, especially to those who appreciate the deeper and more subtle aspects of yoga and meditation.”
